02How are creators paid?
Once you connect Stripe (one click on your earnings page), every paid unlock automatically splits 70% to you and 30% to Button AI in real time. Your share lands in your Stripe balance and pays out on Stripe's normal schedule.
03What stops users from running unlimited AI?
Credits. Every run debits credits based on which AI tier the user picked (Cheap, Smart, Pro, or Elite). Expensive models cost more credits, which always exceed what we pay the AI provider.
04Why credits instead of unlimited usage?
Unlimited AI plans bleed money the moment a single user goes heavy. Credits cap our exposure perfectly and the free tier is small enough to stop abuse.
05Why can't I run custom JavaScript yet?
For safety. Custom JS would let creators read our secrets and Supabase data. Until we connect a proper sandbox runner, code blocks are stored and reviewed, but not executed.
